Payment Details & Cancellation policy

Payment options:
A. One payment: At the time of booking.
Payment details will be sent to you by mail.

B. Two payments:
First Payment: At the time of booking, 25% or 50% deposit.
Second payment: Cash upon arrival,
Shekel or foreign currency are accepted.
Payment details will be sent to you by mail.

Cancel policy: non refundable 25% reservation deposit.
If canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25% of the total reservation will be charged.
If canceled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Airport Transportation:
Public service taxi Shuttle to our door, cost approximately 16$ or 12.5 Euro.
More details will be provided by mail after confirmaton.
Local Transportation:
Near by all the main bus stops & the Jerusalem Light Rail.
​
Parking: Between 8:00 a.m.and 6:00 p.m. paid parking with Cellopark app.
Laundry: Pickup and delivery by a local laundry person.
check in: 15:00 p.m.
check out: 10:00 a.m.
​ The units are 'self-catered', - Coffee, tea and making facilities are provided.​

​House rules
1. Additional unregistered guests without prior authorization are not allowed,
due to liability issue.Guests are not allowed to bring any other persons to
stay at night
2. Guests are expected to be honest concerning damages and breakages.
3. In case anything goes missing from the suite during your stay, the costs
will be charged to you.
4. The owners have the right to terminate your stay when house rules are not followed.
5. When you leave please check that the door and windows are closed and locked.
6. Pets are not allowed.
​7. The owners accept no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal negligence or by any other circumstances beyond our control.
